Site Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) protocols across all site operations.

• Oversee daily mechanical, electrical, and civil construction activities.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, and site engineers.

• Manage project schedules, progress tracking, inspections, and handover processes.

• Act in place of the Site Manager and serve as the senior site representative as needed.

• Serve as the liaison between contractors, suppliers, and project management to ensure the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of complex facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in EPC construction, with over 8 years in large-scale industrial, EfW, or power plant projects valued between £100–500M.

• Mechanical and electrical or process experience in the construction of EPC projects.

• Strong technical and project management skills, including contract management and site coordination.

• Proficient in using Primavera, MS Project, SAP, SharePoint, or PIRS.

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

• SMSTS certification or equivalent.

• Valid CSCS / SCC / CCNSG certification required.

• APM or a similar project management qualification is preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple contractors and disciplines effectively.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German or additional languages is a plus.
