Site Activation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the initiation of clinical trial activities by understanding client goals and aiding in the formulation of plans for country and site distribution.

• Supervise the daily execution of all site activation components in assigned projects, ensuring compliance with sponsor timelines, expectations, ICON/client KPIs, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

• Guarantee that each project features a thorough site activation plan, executing studies effectively in line with the plan.

• Spearhead sponsor initiatives including kick-off meetings, bid defenses, project updates, status calls, and other crucial communications.

• Apply project management expertise to enhance performance and collaboration, ensuring successful study results.

• Assist the team in achieving quality results and contribute to team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in life sciences.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting, with a focus on Start-Up experience.

• Strong project management abilities, with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and submission processes across various countries.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 15%).

• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
