This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct feasibility assessments, identify sites, and manage regulatory and start-up activities at the regional or national level.

• Prepare and oversee site-related documentation.

• Review and negotiate site agreements and contracts with both sites and sponsors.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on site performance metrics.

• Act as the primary liaison for investigative sites.

• Track the completion of necessary site documentation and ensure that contracts are fully executed.

• Develop project timelines.

• Execute site activation tasks in accordance with regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project requirements, and contractual/budgetary guidelines.

• Function as the Single Point of Contact for feasibility and site activation processes.

• Review documents for thoroughness, consistency, and precision.

• Notify team members when regulatory, contractual, and other site documents are finalized.

• Distribute finalized documents to sites and internal project stakeholders.

• Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.

• Review, monitor, and follow up on questionnaires, confidentiality agreements (CDAs), regulatory and ethics documents, informed consent forms (ICFs), and Investigator Pack release documents.
