This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, assess, and acquire locations for network deployment.
• Oversee site leasing and zoning processes, which include negotiating contracts and navigating municipal approval workflows.
• Investigate and coordinate necessary permits, encompassing NEPA and other environmental or regulatory approvals.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit permit applications.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations teams to guarantee that technical documents, drawings, and supporting materials are complete and submitted accurately and punctually.
• Assist in the development, engineering, and safety aspects of the Army TEN-M program for telecommunications towers, antennas, and related technologies.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree; additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in site acquisition.
• Knowledge of site acquisition responsibilities including site leasing, zoning, permitting, and approvals.
• Proficient in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), site assessments, site development, and site inspections.
• Must be located within a 50-mile radius of a major airport.
• Secret Clearance is preferred.
• US Citizenship is not a requirement.
