This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Oversee the implementation of integrated B2B campaigns across various channels including email, content, social media, events, and more.
• Convert campaign strategies into actionable timelines, task lists, briefs, asset requirements, audience segments, and launch plans.
• Create, test, launch, and track campaign assets, ensuring accuracy in links, forms, tracking, copy, creative elements, and audience targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance focusing on engagement, leads, conversions, and contributions to the pipeline.
• Recognize performance trends and propose actionable optimizations and testing opportunities.
• Supervise assigned campaigns from the planning phase through to launch and post-campaign analysis, coordinating with stakeholders and managing dependencies.
• Develop and oversee marketing emails, nurture sequences, lists, forms, landing pages, and basic workflows in HubSpot.
• Track the performance of emails, landing pages, and funnels, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Ensure accurate implementation of campaign tracking, UTMs, forms, and lead capture processes.
• Assist with lead routing, campaign attribution, and maintaining the marketing database's integrity.
• Document and refine repeatable processes, templates, and checklists.
• Organize content and social media calendars, managing deadlines, approvals, design, publishing, and distribution.
• Write and modify short-form content for email, social media, landing pages, newsletters, and campaign assets.
• Facilitate blog production in collaboration with internal subject-matter experts and external writers.
• Oversee the company newsletter process, including content gathering, assembly, review, testing, and scheduling.
• Spot opportunities to repurpose and share existing content across various channels.
• Evaluate content and channel performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Manage marketing initiatives for webinars, conferences, and field events, covering promotion, registration, communication, collateral, and follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics and vendor relations, addressing decisions, dependencies, or risks promptly.
• Ensure precise lead capture, upload, routing, and follow-up after events.
• Support the assessment of event performance, including registrations, attendance, engagement, leads, opportunities, and contributions to the pipeline.
• Create and update sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, email templates, case studies, and campaign kits.
• Maintain shared marketing and sales resources in an organized, current, and easily accessible manner.
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Practical experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to independently handle various initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with email campaigns, content, social media, events, lead generation, or other demand-generation programs.
• Comfort with marketing performance data and utilizing results to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with keen attention to grammar, accuracy, tone, and audience appropriateness.
• A proactive communication style, with a readiness to address questions, dependencies, or risks promptly.
• Ability to adhere to an established strategy while proposing ideas and recommendations for enhancement.
• Proficient in professional English.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or similar tools, including emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows (preferred).
• Experience utilizing CRM and marketing data to analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance (preferred).
• Familiarity with UTMs, campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing (preferred).
• Background in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HR technology, learning and development, or enterprise marketing (preferred).
• Familiarity with Claude Design, project management tools, CMS platforms, and webinar software (preferred).
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales on lead follow-up, event activation, or enablement materials (preferred).
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language relevant to Immerse's markets (preferred).
