This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of established Canadian client accounts, serving as the primary relationship lead and accountability point.
• Develop and implement account strategies that align with client objectives, key stakeholders, and growth opportunities.
• Increase revenue within current accounts by identifying new requirements, expanding engagements, and introducing additional studios and services.
• Foster trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across various business units and decision-makers.
• Oversee renewals, extensions, and new statements of work, guiding the process from value framing through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Assess account health, client satisfaction, and retention risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
• Articulate Dura Digital's value and the outcomes delivered to essential stakeholders.
• Participate in account forecasting, revenue strategy, and planning as a key member of the Growth leadership team.
• Collaborate with Studio Leads and Delivery Leadership to ensure measurable outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams to ensure clear communication of intent, expectations, and results.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients, sharing outcomes, gathering feedback, and influencing future roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop account management practices and skills throughout the organization.
• Keep up to date with client industries, challenges, priorities, and emerging technologies.
• Convert client insights into proactive suggestions, new offerings, or refined positioning strategies.
• Document client success stories and references to enhance Dura Digital's presence in the Canadian market.
• Proven track record in senior account management, client partnership, or growth leadership roles within technology consulting or professional services.
• 5+ years of experience managing and expanding strategic client accounts, including renewals, extensions, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Strong capability to engage confidently and credibly with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Established network and comprehensive understanding of the Canadian business environment.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and executing account plans that achieve measurable revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills: able to effectively convey value, vision, and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of services-based business models and the impact of delivery quality on account growth.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
