Head of Growth Product

📋 Description

• Oversee the growth product function for Superhuman Mail

• Manage a team of growth product managers

• Take ownership of growth funnels spanning web, desktop, mobile, agents, MCP connectors, and additional surfaces

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth

• Collaborate with Grammarly, Go, and central growth teams to promote Mail within the Superhuman suite

• Foster compounding growth and shared revenue responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to establish clarity, urgency, and customer impact

• Integrate AI into workflows, rituals, and decision-making processes

• Revamp experiences to develop AI-native workflows and achieve measurable customer outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management

• 3+ years of leadership in growth within a product-led (PLG) company

• Proven experience in managing growth product managers

• Demonstrated ability to oversee growth across various funnels or surfaces

• Thorough funnel analysis and step-by-step conversion measurement skills

• Practical experience with self-serve monetization strategies, such as pricing, packaging, trials, and offers

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Proficiency in data analysis, experimental design, and growth modeling

• Established track record of swiftly transitioning from insights to launched products

• Capability to make sound decisions based on incomplete data

• Bonus: experience at an AI-driven company or experience in driving growth on mobile, third-party platforms, and integrations
