Show Manager, Part-Time/Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the arrangement, execution, and dismantling of events on site

• Provide active support for event operations

• Ensure seamless processes, even in high-pressure environments

• Serve as the communication bridge among artists, crew, technical teams, and attendees

• Supervise on-site assistants and technicians

• Swiftly identify practical solutions to technical or organizational challenges

• Guarantee professional execution of events and create an unforgettable experience for guests

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the events sector

• Willingness to travel across the DACH region

• Availability to work on weekends

• Native-level proficiency in German

• Proficiency in English is a plus

• Organized and methodical work approach

• Clear, friendly, and dependable communication skills

• Composed and solution-oriented demeanor under pressure

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Hands-on attitude and passion for bringing plans to fruition
