Shopify Manager – Conversion, Funnels & Shop Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Designing and creating landing pages along with funnel pages.

• Enhancing product pages through the lens of conversion psychology.

• Implementing upsells, bundles, and trust elements to boost average order value.

• Planning and assessing A/B tests.

• Analyzing conversion rates, customer journeys, and order values.

• Independently advancing the Shopify theme.

• Adding new features directly in the code.

• Improving load times, performance, and SEO.

• Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Performance Marketing, and E-Commerce teams.

• Transforming ideas into fully developed pages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience working with Shopify.

• Strong comprehension of theme architecture and Liquid.

• Proficient in HTML and CSS.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing and conversion optimization.

• Familiarity with high-converting product pages, landing pages, and customer journeys.

• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and utilizing heat maps.

• Data-driven approach to tasks.

• Hands-on mentality.

• Eagerness and motivation to continually develop and grow within the role.

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools is advantageous.
