Shipper Solutions Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Liaise with the warehouse regarding production schedules and purchase orders assigned to Coyote and carrier lines.

• Track units via satellite to manage their entrance to and exit from the warehouse.

• Organize operator entry based on loading schedules and warehouse capacity.

• Oversee and coordinate loading activities of merchandise within the warehouse.

• Ensure operators are equipped with safety gear and adhere to plant/warehouse regulations.

• Handle exit documentation (CCP) and verify the functionality of the unit's satellite system.

• Serve as a point of contact between Coyote, carrier lines, and the warehouse.

• Detect and address operational issues during loading and unloading processes.

• Keep precise daily activity logs and report any incidents or discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Previous experience in inventory management and team leadership.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to identify issues and develop timely and effective solutions.

• Familiarity with logistics terminology and the logistics industry.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

• All operators must have safety equipment and comply with plant/warehouse guidelines.

• Candidates receiving a conditional offer may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug test.
