SharePoint Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and develop SharePoint program management landing pages for documentation, risk communications, and action items.

• Incorporate Smartsheet outputs or data feeds into SharePoint splash pages for real-time insights into program risks and actions.

• Set up SharePoint and Power Automate document control workflows for IND-related regulatory submissions.

• Establish automated review and adjudication routing for IND chapter documents submitted to the FDA or international health authorities.

• Configure access controls and library permission frameworks for regulated drug development.

• Offer SharePoint site administration, troubleshooting, and user access management throughout the project duration.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition to internal stakeholders upon project conclusion.

• Optionally evaluate and suggest Microsoft 365 Copilot or SharePoint AI agent capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and constructing SharePoint sites for program management, preferably in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or regulated health sciences.

• Expertise in configuring Power Automate workflows within SharePoint.

• Practical experience with document control systems and the management of regulated document lifecycles, including IND authoring pipelines or FDA submission processes.

• Familiarity with SharePoint access controls, library permissions, and compliance-centric configurations.

• Experience in clinical or drug development operational environments is highly desirable.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage deliverables in a remote setting.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and comfort in a dynamic startup environment.

• Must reside in the United States.
