Shared Services Technical Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee communications from Account Managers concerning both new and ongoing projects.

• Participate in project kickoff meetings to collect training requirements.

• Create and maintain professional instructional guides utilizing standardized templates.

• Design field-ready PDF instructions along with technical job aids.

• Produce, edit, and manage instructional videos derived from field recordings and digital assets.

• Provide assistance with the creation, publishing, and maintenance of SCORM modules.

• Develop both technical and foundational training content for field representatives.

• Construct and manage project surveys that support client execution needs.

• Maintain the Training Tracker to ensure transparency of projects.

• Revise training materials in accordance with client modifications and field feedback.

• Oversee the SharePoint content library and ensure version control is upheld.

• Track training assignments and completion reports.

• Assist in moderating Teams channels and provide onboarding support.

• Collaborate with the Technical Training Manager to prioritize workloads.

• Suggest enhancements to training documentation, workflows, and instructional content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution.

• Create high-quality training materials that promote operational excellence across enterprise client programs, onboarding initiatives, and field execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Training, Instructional Design, Project Coordination, Client Services, or a related field.

• Proven experience in creating technical documentation, instructional guides, or training materials.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with a remarkable attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong collaboration and relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate SCORM, Synthesia, SharePoint, or similar content creation tools is preferred.

• Video editing experience is preferred.

• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
