SES Project Lead

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders involved in both pre- and post-award phases to plan, coordinate, and implement Site Enablement Solutions.

• Formulate global delivery strategies for Site Enablement Solutions, identify appropriate sites, execute the agreed-upon scope, and broaden services as necessary.

• Assess internal team resource allocation based on the requirements of the study.

• Create and execute operational plans for larger, multi-regional studies or programs.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to reduce the impact on project objectives and deliverables.

• Set expectations and timelines specific to each study.

• Engage with sponsors and project teams to implement and oversee Site Enablement Solutions.

• Offer proactive operational and tactical suggestions based on study performance metrics.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to ensure site adoption and quality resource placement within designated timelines.

• Foster collaborative project delivery alongside Patient and Site Centric Solutions teams, including those focused on patient recruitment and Direct to Patient Campaigns.

• Organize and lead internal study meetings.

• Represent Site Enablement Solutions in meetings with sites and sponsors to present strategies, rationale, and training.

• Take ownership of study KPIs and financial outcomes.

• Manage the scope of work, objectives, deliverable quality, and other assigned project responsibilities.

• Oversee and manage internal workflow systems to ensure compliance.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant prior experience.

• 5 years of experience in clinical trials.

• 3 years of experience working at a CRO or a clinical trial services provider.

• 3 years in a Project Manager position.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Capability to work on global projects and with international teams.
