Services Specialist – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, coordinate, and carry out service projects from initial planning to final execution.

• Ensure that safety is the foremost priority during all phases of project execution.

• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, compliance with contracts, and quality standards.

• Apply project methodologies, standards, scheduling practices, and cost-control measures effectively.

• Monitor project activities, milestones, forecasts, and schedules to guarantee timely delivery.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and communicate progress effectively.

• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deliver project results, technical insights, and suggestions for improvements to clients and management.

• Create installation design packages, including wiring diagrams and documentation for mechanical modifications.

• Review, redline, and verify electrical and mechanical design packages for accuracy.

• Coordinate efforts among internal teams and subcontractors.

• Supervise electrical and mechanical subcontractors on-site during projects.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established processes and safety standards.

• Implement revised departmental procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for process, product, and service enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or an associate degree in electronics/technology or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant service experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in Services Project Management is preferred.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and drafting techniques.

• Capability to review, redline, or create electrical and mechanical design packages.
