ServiceNow UI Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and tailor applications and user experiences utilizing ServiceNow UI Builder.

• Design responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences aligned with business needs.

• Configure the Now Experience UI Framework, UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client Scripts, and Client State Parameters.

• Connect UI Builder experiences with ServiceNow tables, APIs, REST/Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.

• Build reusable components for efficient development.

• Engage in code review processes.

• Ensure adherence to upgrade-safe coding standards.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to UI, performance, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum total experience required: 4+ years.

• Relevant experience required: 4+ years in ServiceNow UI Builder & Now Experience Framework.

• Overall IT experience: 8–9 years.

• 6–7 years of significant hands-on technical lead/development experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub.

• Proven experience in building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.

• High proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components.

• Exceptional mentoring, communication, and code review skills.
