This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the ServiceNow application architecture for Plutus
• Establish the architecture for both ServiceNow and the Plutus application
• Assess how Plutus integrates within the customer’s ServiceNow framework
• Create designs for scoped applications, workspaces, workflows, integrations, and agentic AI patterns
• Define the collaborative functioning of agents, workflows, user experiences, business rules, integrations, and human approvals
• Set technical standards for configuration, extensions, governance, and platform guardrails
• Validate AI functionalities, escalation protocols, guardrails, acceptance criteria, and operational monitoring requirements
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to ensure environment readiness, necessary connectivity, identity/access considerations, and deployment strategy
• Maintain active involvement throughout implementation to uphold architectural integrity
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with App Engine and scoped applications
• Knowledge of UI Builder and Workspaces
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Understanding of REST/API architecture and ServiceNow integration patterns
• Expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled workflow design
• Skills in human-in-the-loop workflow design
• Knowledge of AI governance, guardrails, testing, validation, responsible AI controls, and operational monitoring
• Experience in security and access design within ServiceNow
• Familiarity with customer environment connectivity, deployment readiness, and technical governance
• Preferred experience in insurance or regulated-industry workflows
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, or related ServiceNow AI capabilities is preferred
• Experience in designing ServiceNow solutions for insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or regulated workflow environments is preferred
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, REST/API patterns, IntegrationHub, or customer environment connectivity is preferred
• Experience in defining platform governance, technical standards, and scalable implementation patterns for enterprise ServiceNow programs is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance core-system integration concepts, including policy administration, claims, broker/customer platforms, document systems, and insurance data flows is preferred
• Understanding of ServiceNow workflows, records, APIs, and agent actions interacting with customer enterprise systems
• Familiarity with REST/API patterns, IntegrationHub, data mapping, data readiness, identity/access, and security considerations in regulated environments
• Ability to assess integration complexity, identify dependencies, and collaborate with customer technical teams without overly positioning the role as a full enterprise integration architect
• Preferred experience in supporting insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or other regulated workflow environments
