ServiceNow QA Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of ATFs

• Analysis of User Stories for creating Test Cases and test matrices

• Execution of tests within ServiceNow

• Participation in demonstration sessions with the client regarding the tested functionalities

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of experience in QA

• Experience in the creation and maintenance of ATFs in ServiceNow

• Proficiency in creating test cases and test matrices

• Ability to analyze User Stories and translate them into scenarios and test cases

• Intermediate English proficiency

• Proactive, problem-solving profile with the ability to work effectively in a team

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

• Assimilated or invoicing scheme
