ServiceNow Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute configuration, development, and implementation tasks on ServiceNow

• Design and provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions

• Create integrations and custom applications

• Collect business requirements and convert them into effective ServiceNow solutions

• Facilitate workshops and offer guidance to stakeholders

• Deliver technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture for solutions

• Oversee delivery, pre-sales, and the development of practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with ServiceNow

• Practical experience in at least one module or product area of ServiceNow

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its implementation lifecycle

• Background in development, consulting, configuration, or architecture

• Understanding of integrations and APIs

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in English for operating in an international setting

• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools in daily workflows

• Nice to have: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CMA)

• Nice to have: Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules

• Nice to have: Leadership experience in technical or functional roles

• Nice to have: Experience in enterprise architecture, client advisory, or delivery management

• Experience in one or more areas of ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, Custom Application Development, or ServiceNow Integrations & APIs
