Senior ServiceNow Consultant – IRM, Risk & Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee transformation projects focused on risk management, governance, and compliance.

• Facilitate workshops to collect business and regulatory requirements.

• Develop operating models for governance and risk management initiatives.

• Ensure ServiceNow functionalities align with relevant compliance frameworks.

• Create Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, encompassing enterprise and operational risk, policy and compliance, audit, business continuity, and vendor risk.

• Design and enhance workflows for Security Operations.

• Assist with Vulnerability Response programs and Security Incident Response efforts.

• Identify opportunities for automation and enhance visibility into security processes.

• Provide guidance to clients on risk management maturity and compliance approaches.

• Offer recommendations regarding platform governance and organizational controls.

• Suggest industry best practices to elevate risk, compliance, and security processes.

• Carry out additional responsibilities related to the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with IRM/GRC and Security solutions.

• Proven track record in implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks.

• Experience leading workshops focused on business and compliance.

• Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Policy and Compliance, and Risk Management principles.

• Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• Experience with or knowledge of Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response.

• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, reporting, and dashboards.

• Experience in configuring Workspaces.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Advanced conversational English skills.
