ServiceNow ITAM, SAM/HAM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain intricate Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within the SAM application.

• Design and deploy automated software request and reclamation workflows utilizing Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

• Create Service Catalog entries for software requests that include advanced client-side validations.

• Configure and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, and third-party inventory integrations.

• Establish REST/SOAP integrations to link ServiceNow with external publisher portals and procurement systems.

• Enhance background jobs, reconciliation engines, and scheduled scripts; assist with platform upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in ITAM/SAM.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and the ServiceNow API framework.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of SAM Pro data models, Software Installation tables, Discovery Models, and Software Models.

• Extensive experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

• Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM).

• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
