This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design and tailor ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer, ranging from no-code configurations to advanced coding scripts.
• Create integrations between ServiceNow and various endpoint applications, facilitating bi-directional synchronization of states, comments, work notes, and attachments.
• Develop and unit test services and integration scripts utilizing stubs/mock endpoints.
• Generate reusable integration templates (golden images) to expedite onboarding processes for partners and customers.
• Engage in SIT/UAT test case execution.
• Diagnose integration issues by reviewing integration logs, message payloads, and HTTP requests.
• Oversee integration health, address failed or stalled messages, replay transactions, and resolve any integration challenges.
• Assist with Unifi and ServiceNow upgrades through regression testing of integrations.
• Keep integration documentation updated and adhere to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Aid in the continuous improvement and upkeep of the ServiceNow Integrations platform.
• Work collaboratively with external technical teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Approximately 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools.
• Practical technical expertise in ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub, or ShareLogic Unifi/other eBonding/ticket-exchange integration platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and database principles.
• Understanding of cloud-native solutions utilizing Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, encompassing server-side and client-side JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in ShareLogic Unifi, which includes Integration Designer, integrations, messages, actions, and heartbeat monitoring.
• Insight into eBonding/ticket-exchange integrations for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem management.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP web services, including both inbound and outbound services and Scripted REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, XSD, and WSDL formats.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server.
• Awareness of authentication and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, Basic authentication, API keys, mTLS, and credential management.
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and the ServiceNow data model.
• Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) and integration testing methodologies.
• Understanding of source control, update sets/scoped applications, and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of B2B/multi-vendor integration domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with external technical teams.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, troubleshoot problems, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Must be eligible for any necessary U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technologies.
• Experience integrating with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or other ITSM platforms is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are an added benefit.
