This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Design and guide the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
• Convert business objectives into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Assess requirements and evaluate business needs for technical clarity and feasibility.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and technical design discussions.
• Recognize risks, dependencies, and design deficiencies during the development process.
• Create, develop, and launch custom ServiceNow applications and cross-scope solutions.
• Architect integrations with enterprise and third-party systems utilizing REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and middleware.
• Construct advanced Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations.
• Enhance and optimize core ITSM modules.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities for automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making.
• Oversee data management, workflows, and platform performance.
• Manage release processes, including planning, environment management, update set deployment, runbooks, and documentation.
• Lead code reviews and supervise testing, deployment, and platform enhancements.
• Execute and manage unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Ensure compliance, governance, solution quality, and maintain technical design records.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and functional team members.
• Conduct technical design discussions with clients and convey solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders on modernization objectives, compliance standards, and security frameworks.
• Monitor ServiceNow releases and propose enhancements.
• Support the implementation, upgrades, and integrations of Windows Server.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Background in designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Capability to architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps, ServiceNow Vault, Automation Engine, and CMDB.
• Experience with custom applications and cross-scope solutions within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and middleware technologies.
• Proficient in Service Catalog items, catalog client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations.
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Experience with integrating AI-driven functionalities into ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of release management, environment management, update set deployment, runbooks, and Agile sprint cycles.
• Experienced in unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, scripting, DevOps methodologies, and platform best practices.
• Knowledge of NIST and FISMA compliance and security frameworks.
• Ability to support the implementation, upgrades, and integrations of Windows Server.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions; some roles may necessitate the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
