This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Design and oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
• Convert business objectives into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Analyze requirements and assess business needs for technical clarity and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and technical design discussions with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and design gaps throughout the development process.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and cross-scope ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect and implement secure integrations with both enterprise and third-party systems.
• Create advanced Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations.
• Enhance and optimize core ITSM modules.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities to improve automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making.
• Manage release cycles, environments, update sets, runbooks, and release documentation across Agile sprints.
• Lead code reviews and supervise testing, deployment, and platform enhancements.
• Execute and oversee unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Ensure compliance, governance, solution quality, and maintain technical design records.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and functional team members.
• Lead client technical design discussions and articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders on modernization objectives, compliance standards, and security frameworks.
• Monitor ServiceNow releases and propose enhancements.
• Provide support for Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with enterprise-level architecture expertise.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps, ServiceNow Vault, Automation Engine, and CMDB.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and cross-scope solutions.
• Proficient with REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and middleware technologies.
• Experience with Service Catalog items, catalog client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Experience with AI-driven capabilities, data management, workflow optimization, and performance tuning.
• Knowledgeable in release cycle planning, environment management, update set deployment, runbook maintenance, and release documentation.
• Experience in leading code reviews and conducting unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, DevOps methodologies, platform best practices, NIST, and FISMA.
• Ability to assist with Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for specific positions; some roles might necessitate the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
