Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform while adhering to development best practices.

• Assist in the configuration and personalization of modules including App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Develop and oversee Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers.

• Engage in the technical assessment of both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Facilitate integrations between the ServiceNow platform and both internal and external systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs.

• Keep all activities current in Jira.

• Commit to ongoing technical education in the ServiceNow platform and associated technologies.

• Recognize and assess technical risks.

• Provide estimates for the effort required for various requests and tasks.

• Collaborate on Bradesco projects with multidisciplinary teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript development.

• Practical experience with the App Engine, ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and Service Portal modules on the ServiceNow platform.

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

• Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and microservices.

• Understanding of databases and data modeling principles.

• Awareness of web development concepts.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• A commitment to continuous learning and a passion for developing enterprise solutions.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is advantageous.
