ServiceNow Developer – TPRM, BCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow TPRM and BCM solutions.

• Gather requirements and translate the needs of Risk, Compliance, Security, Business Continuity, Audit, and Procurement teams into platform-based solutions.

• Design and optimize workflows for third-party management, risk assessment, due diligence, remediation planning, and vendor monitoring.

• Structure processes for BIA, business continuity, contingency, recovery, and crisis management.

• Configure workflows, automations, approvals, notifications, and reports.

• Support governance, compliance, and the ongoing improvement of risk and business continuity processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing, enhancing, or maintaining ServiceNow TPRM and/or BCM modules.

• Familiarity with third-party risk management, compliance, business continuity, and crisis management.

• Capability to lead requirements gathering and design solutions that are business-oriented.

• Consultative and analytical mindset with proactive communication skills.

• Understanding of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT, and ITIL standards.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM modules, which include Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Issues Management.

• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and Performance Analytics.

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow development.
