ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and tailor applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Create, set up, and manage workflows and automations using Flow Designer.

• Develop and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Create, utilize, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs.

• Write scripts and business rules leveraging JavaScript and Script Includes.

• Develop and customize user interfaces using UI Builder.

• Execute data imports, transformations, and processing tasks.

• Apply customizations based on business requirements and ITSM processes.

• Troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and provide support for existing applications.

• Conduct testing and validation of solutions developed prior to deployment.

• Collect requirements from pertinent stakeholders and suggest improvements and automations.

• Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of ITSM modules and functionalities.

• Document developments, integrations, configurations, and the solutions implemented.

• Investigate and resolve incidents associated with applications and integrations.
