This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, enhance, and implement ServiceNow solutions and custom applications utilizing established SDLC standards and incorporating out-of-the-box functionalities when applicable.
• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with the Business Analyst, platform stakeholders, and business teams.
• Configure and improve ServiceNow CSM/TPSM modules, workflows, forms, rules, and user experiences.
• Evaluate, validate, and refine partner-delivered configurations for quality, maintainability, and compliance with internal standards.
• Diagnose and resolve platform defects, workflow challenges, and performance issues.
• Ensure platform integrity across both production and non-production environments.
• Assist with UAT, release readiness, and Change Review Board processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and business stakeholders to prioritize and address defects, and support testing and user validation.
• Partner with the external implementation team during user acceptance testing, production deployment, and customer transition before taking full ownership of the platform.
• Manage solution development, technical quality, environment promotions, and release management.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations in a rapidly expanding global business.
• Extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM applications and workflows.
• Experience in stabilizing and enhancing a ServiceNow environment initially implemented by a third party.
• Capable of reviewing, comprehending, and improving existing configurations while avoiding regression risks.
• Experience conducting peer reviews of partner-delivered configurations, update sets, and release artifacts.
• Strong background in developing scalable workflows.
• Familiarity with enhancing Case Management, Customer Service Portals, Knowledge Management, Agent Workspace, and Enterprise integrations.
• Availability to support working hours that overlap with EMEA or APAC business hours.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to ServiceNow AI functionalities such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, or intelligent workflow automation is an advantage.
