ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and enhance platform capabilities in alignment with enterprise strategic objectives.

• Improve existing ServiceNow modules to boost workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.

• Facilitate the integration of ServiceNow with FAA systems and data repositories.

• Utilize Agile SDLC methodologies for the integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions.

• Execute ServiceNow enhancements and integrations following industry best practices.

• Assist in the reengineering and standardization of FAA business processes.

• Provide comprehensive documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology along with 9 years of experience, which includes 7-9 years of relevant experience in ITSM and ServiceNow.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Must be a citizen or permanent resident with at least 3 years of residency.

• ServiceNow certifications are preferred, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies is highly desired.

• Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is advantageous.
