ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities that align with the strategic priorities of the enterprise.

• Enhance the functionality of existing ServiceNow modules to boost workflow automation, improve data quality, increase operational transparency, and elevate user experience.

• Integrate ServiceNow with FAA systems and data repositories to establish a cohesive system of record.

• Utilize Agile SDLC methodologies to facilitate the integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions.

• Execute ServiceNow enhancements and integrations while adhering to best practices.

• Assist in the reengineering and standardization of FAA business processes.

• Provide comprehensive documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology along with 3-10 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Citizenship or Green Card status with a minimum of 3 years of residency.

• Preferred ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Desired experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is an advantage.
