📋 Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications utilizing CMDB modules.

• Manage multiple customer platforms simultaneously.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

• Conduct data analysis, integration, and migration tasks.

• Customize ServiceNow catalog features, workflows, and functionalities to meet client needs.

• Adapt ServiceNow asset management features and ensure integrations with existing client software.

• Create catalog items and tailor workflows accordingly.

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.

• Offer technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.

• Remain updated with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

• An additional four years of experience may substitute for a degree.

• Must possess or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS in one or more of the following: SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, HAM.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must be eligible to secure a Secret clearance.

• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.

• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM best practices and frameworks.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Preferred: experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and other ITOM/ITAM functionalities.

• Preferred: familiarity with CMDB and its significance in ITOM and ITAM processes.

• Preferred: prior experience in IT asset management and software license management.
