ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propose solutions to automate both existing and new functionalities utilizing ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business requirements.

• Create workflows and scripts to customize current ServiceNow applications.

• Build custom ServiceNow applications from the ground up to completion.

• Research, design, develop, and implement solutions in collaboration with customers.

• Identify best practices for both new and existing ServiceNow applications.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multi-platform environments.

• Plan deployments for systems and development initiatives.

• Adhere to software compliance standards.

• Assess hardware/software interfaces, operational needs, and overall system attributes.

• Document testing processes and maintenance of system corrections.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.

• 4 years of software development experience, particularly in ServiceNow development.

• Over 1 year of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong software development skills.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience in developing ServiceNow workflows, including client-side and server-side scripting.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management, IT Business Management, and Software Asset Management.

• Knowledge of web services and database management is advantageous.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
