ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, tailor, and sustain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including bespoke applications utilizing App Engine.

• Design and refine workflows, automations, business rules, scripts, notifications, and user interfaces.

• Lead and improve Software Asset Management (SAM), focusing on software compliance, license optimization, and lifecycle administration.

• Maintain and enhance the CMDB by ensuring data quality, governance, service mapping, and configuration precision.

• Create and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.

• Guarantee platform stability, performance, security, and scalability through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, offer technical expertise, and promote ITIL-aligned process enhancements.

• Proven experience in developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Understanding of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices.

• Experience in integrating systems and automating business processes across enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
