• Active secret clearance.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.

• CompTIA Security+ certification.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and integration best practices.

• Understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration management, and application lifecycle best practices.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation methodologies.

• Expertise in workflow design, business rules, catalog management, and process automation techniques.

• Strong knowledge of planning ServiceNow upgrades, managing releases, and maintaining the platform.

• Proficient understanding of CMDB data governance, asset management, and service mapping practices.
