ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement features on the ServiceNow platform

• Provide Level 3 support for the ServiceNow platform

• Work collaboratively with the global ITSM team and other IT departments within the bank

• Integrate necessary functionalities onto the ServiceNow platform following the established SDLC process

• Program using JavaScript, Jelly, and HTML

• Develop Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros, and Client Scripts

• Manage ServiceNow version upgrades

• Propose suitable solutions for ad-hoc requirements

• Oversee performance analytics and custom reporting

• Engage directly with client stakeholders for techno-functional discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Proficiency in CSM

• Understanding of the Scrum methodology

• Experience in mentoring junior team members

• Strong knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA, and GitLab

• Hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow

• Experience in developing custom applications and integrations on ServiceNow

• Proficient in JavaScript

• Familiar with Jelly

• Skilled in HTML

• Capability to create Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros, and Client Scripts

• Experience in directly interacting with client stakeholders for techno-functional discussions
