ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business requirements.

• Customize ServiceNow applications, which includes workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.

• Develop and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.

• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.

• Execute system upgrades, patches, and releases in alignment with ServiceNow best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and demonstrate completed configurations.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, encompassing system design and configuration guides.

• Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and provide ongoing support to ensure platform stability.

• Adhere to Agile development methodologies and engage in sprints, standups, and retrospectives.

• Keep current with ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, and AngularJS.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and OAuth.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow ITSM.

• Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to satisfy eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
