📋 Description

• Create applications within ServiceNow utilizing the AppEngine, CSM, and various other modules.

• Deliver high-quality, high-performance outputs that meet business requirements.

• Work closely with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Architect to comprehend needs and devise solutions.

• Integrate systems through REST APIs, SOAP, and microservices, ensuring seamless interoperability.

• Confirm that the developed solution satisfies the specified functional and non-functional requirements.

• Grasp the business context to effectively link technical solutions with project needs.

• Estimate the effort required for requests and items in the product backlog.

• Recognize technical risks.

• Deploy software packages across development, testing, and production environments.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of services and disseminate this documentation through the appropriate tools for accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including configuration, customization, and integrations within the AppEngine and CSM modules using Client Scripts, Script Includes, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, and Record Producers.

• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and microservices integrations.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban.

• Possession of ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications is advantageous.
