ServiceNow Consultant, Senior-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create technical solutions that align with business needs.

• Configure and develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform based on user stories from the backlog.

• Draft technical documentation in accordance with team standards.

• Conduct integration testing for user stories.

• Address ServiceNow incidents escalated by functional administrators (Level 2 support).

• Prepare and oversee the various phases of production deployment.

• Collaborate with clients on their ServiceNow platforms as part of the CloudSpirit team.

• Work alongside a team of around 30 individuals, including architects and both junior and senior technical consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in complex settings.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).

• Familiarity with CMDB, HR, ITBM, and CSM modules.

• Comprehensive understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Capability to configure and customize ServiceNow modules at an advanced level.

• Experience in ServiceNow back-office administration.
