This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, encompassing ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HR, SPM, GRC, Security/Vault, Automation Engine, and CMDB modules.
• Create, develop, and deploy customized ServiceNow applications that meet federal specifications.
• Incorporate AI-driven solutions within ServiceNow modules for enhanced automation, predictive analysis, and informed decision-making.
• Build and sustain integrations with enterprise systems utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Manage the implementation, upgrades, and integrations of Windows Server.
• Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to establish platform requirements.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions are in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to optimize ServiceNow functionalities.
• Guarantee platform adherence to federal security and operational standards, including NIST and FISMA.
• Offer technical guidance to junior team members and uphold architecture and development best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• A minimum of 2 years as a ServiceNow Architect, focusing on platform architecture and enterprise module deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing ITSM applications and experience with at least one additional module: ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security (Vault), GRC, Automation Engine, or CMDB.
• Experience in managing the entire release cycle, including code reviews, environment management, update set deployment, security best practices, and release documentation throughout Agile Sprint cycles, along with dependency tracking.
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Strong skills in ITSM Catalog and process flow automation, custom application development, cross-scope solutioning, portal development, JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting objects, and security controls.
• Knowledge of federal standards and compliance frameworks, such as NIST and FISMA.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Certification as a Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certification as a Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Possession of at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Preferred understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application within ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configuration, and Integration Hub is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and their integration into ServiceNow is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship may be necessary for certain positions.
• Some roles may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
