📋 Description

• Establish and execute ServiceNow architectural standards that align with business goals and IT strategy.

• Assess existing applications to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Assist in the administration of the ServiceNow platform, which includes authority-to-operate (ATO), instance patching, upgrades, environment cloning, and MID server management.

• Suggest and document solutions that correspond with product entitlements and business objectives.

• Engage in hands-on development for both out-of-the-box and custom applications.

• Aid in business development initiatives through solution crafting and proposal writing.

• Collaborate with fellow practitioners within the ServiceNow Community of Practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and over five years of experience in ServiceNow development or comparable expertise.

• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), custom application development, and ServiceNow’s Next UI workspaces.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities is preferred.

• Experience with Now Mobile and/or Mobile Agent is a plus.

• Expected experience with systems integration.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in demonstrating solutions or capabilities to senior leadership.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed team environment.

• Competence in multi-tasking and adjusting priorities as required.

• Skill in effectively collaborating with various stakeholder types and achieving group consensus.
