This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Architect and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform spanning ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HR, SPM, GRC, Security (ServiceNow Vault), Automation Engine, and CMDB.
β’ Design, build, and deploy customized ServiceNow applications to meet federal requirements.
β’ Integrate AI-enhanced solutions into ServiceNow modules to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and decision-making processes.
β’ Develop and sustain integrations with enterprise systems utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
β’ Manage the implementation, upgrades, and integrations of Windows Server.
β’ Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to establish platform requirements.
β’ Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with organizational objectives.
β’ Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to provide improved ServiceNow functionalities.
β’ Ensure platform adherence to federal security and operational standards, including NIST and FISMA.
β’ Offer technical guidance to junior team members and uphold best practices in architecture and development.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience as a ServiceNow Architect, involving platform architecture and enterprise module implementation.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in deploying ITSM applications and experience with at least one additional module such as ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security (Vault), GRC, Automation Engine, or CMDB.
β’ Experience managing release cycles, leading code reviews, overseeing environment management, deploying update sets, adhering to security best practices, and documenting releases during Agile Sprint cycles, including dependency tracking.
β’ At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
β’ Strong background in ITSM Catalog, process flow automation, custom application development, cross-scope solutioning, portal development, JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting objects, and security controls.
β’ Knowledge of federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks.
β’ Active Secret Clearance.
β’ Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and at least one CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification.
β’ Preferred understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application within ServiceNow.
β’ Preferred experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configuration, and Integration Hub.
β’ Familiarity with DevOps principles and their integration into ServiceNow is preferred.
β’ U.S. citizenship may be necessary for specific roles; some positions may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
