Service Training, Customer Education Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee Service Training and Customer Education initiatives throughout the EMEA region.

• Create scalable learning strategies, curricula, and pathways that encompass both technical and professional skills.

• Promote the utilization of digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.

• Ensure that training and education initiatives are in line with business goals, customer requirements, and service targets.

• Manage the delivery of training through collaboration with internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of the Service Transformation Office EMEA.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Service Leaders, Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external learning collaborators.

• Assist in training programs, workshops, team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other critical business activities, including occasional travel and in-person attendance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a comparable role.

• Proven experience in designing and managing training programs across various countries and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in the Healthcare, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or another regulated sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms (preferred).

• Understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary learning methodologies (preferred).

• Certification in Learning & Development, Change Management, or Project Management (preferred).
