This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver phone and email assistance to both internal and external customers.

• Track and accurately log customer interactions utilizing the Customer Relations Software Tool.

• Provide support for Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay through advanced technical troubleshooting.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues faced by internal and external customers.

• Enhance customer experience and strive for high customer satisfaction.

• Take prompt action and assume responsibility for unresolved tickets.

• Elevate customer concerns to higher-level support when necessary.

• Achieve or surpass individual service level targets.

• Adhere to Siemens compensation, travel and expense policies, as well as RSO procedures and processes.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, colleagues, and counterparts across the organization to devise and execute action plans.

• Foster an open and supportive atmosphere that aligns with Service Based Leadership principles.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• 3-7 years of relevant experience.

• Background in clinical laboratory practice with a focus on Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay troubleshooting.

• Ability to work evening and night shifts, including one weekend day.

• Strong analytical skills to facilitate advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for the assigned product line.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant applications.

• Solid computer skills.

• Electro-mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting diagnostic laboratory instruments over the phone.

• Technical knowledge in clinical laboratory applications.

• Capability to effectively communicate over the phone and through written correspondence.
