Service Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the service business and operational activities of the CTC.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by fulfilling commitments related to Customer Service Programs, time and materials, parts sales, and other service responsibilities.

• Execute service sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth and margin objectives.

• Optimize service delivery to meet customer satisfaction targets.

• Create and implement cost-effective operational strategies that enhance service delivery and add value for customers.

• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all facets of service delivery.

• Manage direct reports, including Service Coordinators.

• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, trade school education, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in field service, project management, or related engineering roles preferred, though not mandatory.

• Previous supervisory experience in electronic systems, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare is advantageous.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on guiding, developing, and mentoring team members.

• Advanced skills in financial analysis, including cost control and gross margin calculations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in developing project management skills within a technical setting.

• Familiarity with building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems.

• Strong commitment to customer service, integrity, accountability, and achieving results.
