This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Lead and implement the strategy for the North America Data Center service segment, including growth plans and commercial goals.
• Drive the generation of pipelines, order intake, revenue growth, profitability, and penetration into strategic accounts.
• Convert global Data Center priorities into actionable growth plans at both regional and country levels.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities that enhance customer reliability, resilience, safety, availability, and asset performance.
• Guide, mentor, and develop Regional Service Sales Managers.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Assist in major pursuits, negotiations, framework agreements, and the establishment of long-term service partnerships.
• Advocate for lifecycle service agreements, modernization initiatives, predictive maintenance, HMAX offerings, and digital solutions.
• Leverage installed-base intelligence, customer insights, and market trends to generate targeted growth opportunities.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, commercial discipline, and excellence in CRM.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product Groups, Digital, Finance, and Global Accounts.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric approach.
• Guarantee compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in service sales, strategic account management, commercial leadership, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving profitable growth in complex markets such as industrial, energy, infrastructure, technology, or Data Center sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center environments, mission-critical facilities, lifecycle services, and power infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in developing and converting complex service opportunities requiring executive customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with electrical infrastructure, transformers, substations, high-voltage systems, digital solutions, modernization, and asset performance services.
• Proficient in managing CRM processes, pipeline development, forecasting, commercial governance, and business performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
