Service Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Drive the processes for service sales and create opportunities for service sales.

• Achieve profitable sales within assigned regions.

• Concentrate on the existing base of Motion products, enhancing penetration and offering the complete Service product portfolio.

• Develop long-lasting customer relationships and promptly address customer needs and concerns.

• Advocate for upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions for clients and ABB.

• Grasp the channel strategy, set relevant pricing, and prepare as well as review sales plans.

• Suggest recovery plans when necessary.

• Implement workshop orders following established processes and guidelines.

• Conduct onsite service tasks, including commissioning and preventive maintenance of drives.

• Compile detailed service reports that document findings, recommendations, and actions taken.

• Serve the entire market across Bulgaria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial automation products and systems, encompassing drives, motors, PLCs, and instrumentation.

• Familiarity with relevant product tools and software, as well as the industrial market.

• Experience in the sales of industrial products and services is advantageous but not required.

• Capacity to develop and nurture customer relationships.

• Team-oriented, solution-driven mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Bulgarian is essential.

• Background as an electrical, mechanical, or automation engineer.

• Ability to operate effectively under time constraints.

• Readiness to travel.

• Experienced driver with a clean driving record.
