This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver efficient technical services to support product applications at client locations.

• Oversee multiple clients within the designated geographical area utilizing various product lines.

• Provide support, information, and assistance; address inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain DuBois equipment, including repairs, installations, replacements, chemical testing, and inventory management.

• Document and report findings, abnormal conditions, and provide recommendations.

• Address customers’ technical issues and assist in process enhancements.

• Collaborate and communicate with team members and cross-functional support staff.

• Acquire knowledge and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators.

• Input chemical test results, meter/setpoint readings, inventory and dosage data, GPS locations, and service times into Analytics or a similar system.

• Travel to designated customers to perform service audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical, chemical, or industrial fields.

• MUST RESIDE IN THE GREATER PITTSBURGH AREA.

• Preferred mechanical aptitude in electrical work and pipefitting.

• Strong time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to comprehend the products and services provided by the company.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Skilled in conducting technical/mechanical testing on-site.

• Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer requirements and situations.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other analytical tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.
