This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist Account Managers in the onboarding process of new dealerships and Financial Directors.
• Provide training to dealers and Financial Directors on tools and products.
• Design and create various documents and sales support materials.
• Aid in administrative tasks by contributing to the development of codes and agreements.
• Tailor compliance documents necessary for each dealer.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in other meetings as required.
• Identify and propose suggestions to enhance the efficiency of Account Managers’ operations.
• Work in collaboration with the IT department to coordinate, validate, and implement insurance calculation and printing functionalities across all DMS platforms.
• Provide support to dealers during software transitions.
• Acquire knowledge of and explain insurance products, protection plans, and warranties.
• Ensure that promotional materials are current and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Update Account Managers regarding product information and evaluate their understanding through quizzes, surveys, and workshops.
• Assist Account Managers in utilizing and comprehending tools and documents to optimize sales.
• Respond to inquiries concerning eligibility, contracts, warranties, insurance products, services, and claims.
• Conduct targeted dealer visits at the request of management.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals.
• Perform any additional occasional tasks assigned by the management team.
• College diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience of at least five (5) years in a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Financial Director.
• Proven strong interest and capability in both verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in English (preferred).
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Focused on customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional learning ability and willingness to share knowledge, with excellent adaptability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Sway, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of available F&I software.
• Experience with web form creation, survey development, and programming.
• Team-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel throughout the province of Quebec, as needed.
• Availability for occasional overnight hotel stays, as required.
