This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Establish and adjust ongoing projects in Workday and Anaplan according to identified opportunities.

• Oversee the Professional Services Operations email inbox and respond to inquiries.

• Ensure the successful transition from presales to post-sales and report any missing transitions.

• Support project closure, monitor Go-Lives, gather essential learnings, and refresh the skills matrix.

• Provide weekly updates on utilization, billing, and bookings metrics to services leadership and analyze emerging trends.

• Execute the complete month-end close for Workday and report any unsubmitted hours or required approvals.

• Track weekly hours, project statuses, and project/investment budgets; address any anomalies or missing data.

• Generate compliance reports and liaise with Project Managers regarding project closure, extensions, or updates.

• Dispatch weekly and monthly timesheet reminders for any outstanding project hours.

• Recognize automation prospects and utilize Anaplan-approved AI tools to enhance processes.

• Outstanding attention to detail for maintaining data accuracy, compliance reporting, and thorough task execution.

• Experience with systems such as SFDC and Workday.

• Strong proactive problem-solving skills.

• Process-oriented mindset with the capability to utilize AI tools effectively.
