This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the main operations and administrative leader for Medical and Clinical Affairs
• Oversee educational grants, fellowship grants, and investigator-sponsored research programs from the initial application to project completion
• Organize cross-functional governance committees and facilitate the review of proposals, documentation, communications, and decision-making processes
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, manage deliverables, and provide status updates along with operational reports to senior leadership
• Handle departmental financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoices, expenses, contracts, and vendor management
• Assist with physician training, assessment, certification, and proctoring programs
• Organize program requirements, documentation, scheduling, reimbursements, training materials, and updates to the learning management system
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, investigators, study teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners
• Provide operational assistance for advisory boards, fellowship programs, research studies, publications, educational initiatives, controlled document management, and strategic projects
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a similar field
• Over 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program management
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing demands
• Consistent engagement and communication in a high-visibility, high-volume customer-facing role
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Preferred experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device sectors
