This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Establish and oversee the operational cadence for the VP and Merchant Operations Leadership Team, encompassing agendas, business reviews, planning sessions, decision forums, action tracking, and follow-up.
β’ Collaborate with the VP and Leadership Team to define and manage the strategic agenda.
β’ Convert priorities into initiatives, milestones, success metrics, and deliverables.
β’ Create and sustain Merchant Operations KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and performance management tools.
β’ Take charge of operational and performance reporting; analyze outcomes, identify trends and performance drivers, and translate data into actionable insights.
β’ Monitor strategic initiatives and commitments, recognizing risks, dependencies, and emerging issues.
β’ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business management processes, including headcount tracking, reporting, organizational and distribution-list maintenance, recurring submissions, and colleague processes.
β’ Assist in senior leadership presentations, business updates, and executive communications.
β’ Act as a thought partner to the VP by synthesizing information, developing viewpoints, pressure-testing ideas, and supporting decision-making.
β’ Work in conjunction with Merchant Operations leadership, GRRO leadership, and cross-functional partners to advance priorities, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and complete initiatives.
β’ Support town halls, colleague communications, leadership meetings, and recognition programs.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operating routines, improve reporting, and boost leadership team effectiveness.
β’ Cultivate relationships across markets, cultures, and time zones.
β’ Preferred experience in operations, analytics, MerchantForce, COE, field/client-facing roles, or a similar environment.
β’ Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational performance, frontline realities, and strategic priorities.
β’ Experience in producing and maintaining accurate business and operational reports.
β’ Ability to interpret data, identify trends and performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
β’ Strong collaboration and relationship management skills across functions and geographies.
β’ Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
β’ Familiarity with reporting, visualization, or analytics tools is preferred.
β’ Preferred experience in designing and managing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and other performance management frameworks.
β’ Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, solve problems, and drive work forward.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level presentations and narratives.
β’ Strong organizational and business management discipline.
β’ Ability to manage recurring administrative and operational processes, multiple stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
β’ Capability to serve as a thought partner and connect strategy with practical execution.
β’ Ability to operate with independence, judgment, discretion, and comfort with ambiguity.
β’ Experience collaborating across international teams and time zones.
β’ Flexibility to accommodate an international schedule when necessary.
